Revaluation Review

Asset Management Improvment Projects
Many organisations have ambitions to undertake data improvement projects to improve their asset management practices, but lack the resources or knowledge to undertake these. We are well equipped to deliver these projects using the most approapriate methods for the specific councils.
Videre has developed specific forward works planning tool kits that uses your AM and GIS data to provide a forward works plan that considers the timing of all infrastrucutre requiremetns - from Roading to parks, Three Water to Pensioner Homes - your infrastrucutre renewals will be combined to give you oversight into your renewals programme - no longer will that 6 months old footpath get dug up to do a watermain renewal!
Drone Inspections
Our skilled operators are able to undertake asset drone inspections - be it a one off inspection, or programmed inspections to capture changes over time. With industry leading drone technology and accuracy, all footage is georefernced and published into accesible formats for your organisation to be able to access through standard and readily available software. Services include 2D mapping, 3D mapping, Videography, photography, vegetation mapping, and building modelling, IMU for site measurement capture and stock pile measurement estimations (including landfill capacity estimations).
Univerus Asset Management System Specialists
Many NZ Local Councils utilise the Univerus Asset Management Software - we are specialists in this software - from day to day requirements through to deployment of modules across your organisation, we are able to assist in you getting the most out of your system.

Spatial Data Digitisation
Many Councils have entire rooms dedicated to old hand drawn or printed maps and asbuilts, and many have folders upon folders of CAD data that has not been migrated to their GIS environments. At Videre Consulting we specialise in the digitisation of this data into files suitable for absorbtion by your GIS - from infrastrucutre to historic water courses, through to flora and fauna management - we can digitise this into spatial data for you to use in you organisational GIS and Asset Management environments.
